Shipping is free for orders of $30 or more. For orders under $30, shipping is $5.
We want to make sure we can deliver to everyone across Australia, so we deliver using either Sendle or Australia Post, depending on where you want your parcel delivered to. If you have a preference for one or the other (ie you know you have a great postie who always knocks on your door and waits to see if you're home, rather than just doing a card drop and run, and you'd like us to make sure we use Aus Post) please let us know in the Delivery Notes sections in the order page.
For in stock items, we'll ship on the next business day, and the time for your parcel to arrive will depend on where it's going to.

Once your items are with the delivery company, unfortunately there's not really anything we can do to speed things up or keep them to their delivery estimate timetable. Tracking details are provided with every order, so you'll be able to see where your parcel is. If something doesn't look right though, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll follow up with the delivery company to see what's going on.
If you need something urgently (ie you've got your child's birthday party on Saturday and you only just remembered that you wanted to give out party bags and you think ours would be perfect but it's really late notice and you've got a million other things on your mind and don't have time to get to one of our wonderful stockists), please email us at email@example.com and we'll try our best to ship on the same day via express post (it will cost approx $10 more).
This bit is really important - we want to give you the option of being able to have your parcel left in a safe place if no one is home, but please only choose this if you are sure you do have a safe place to leave it and you are willing to take the risk of it being stolen. If the delivery company's GPS tracker says that the parcel has been delivered, we won't replace it if you've said you want the parcel left if you aren't home. If you want to go with this option, please let us know in the Delivery Notes section in your order.
We try really hard for the stock count on the website to be accurate, but there are some rare occasions where orders go through even when we don't have enough stock on hand. If this happens to your order, we'll email you on the same day to let you know, giving you the option to either cancel the order (and we'll give you a 20% discount code for a future order), or wait (we'll give you an estimate of when the items will be in stock again and give you a 20% refund if you are happy to wait).
